What do I get with Pet Note?
The full app: everyday notes, a timeline, reminders and a vet passport for your dogs and cats. Care+ adds deeper health insight: a weekly care score, weight tracked against your pet's breed range, and a one-page prep pack for vet visits.
Is the Pet Note app really free?
Yes. You get all the core features for free: pet profiles and a vet-ready passport, daily timeline notes for food, water, mood, sleep, exercise and weight, reminders, and support for multiple pets. The only feature on a subscription is Care+, our AI-powered health dashboard and care summaries, a small subscription that helps support the app. It's billed through the App Store or Google Play, and we never see your card details.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Both. It's the same app, the same design, the same data, whichever store you download it from.
Where is my data stored?
On secure, encrypted infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia. Photos and other attachments live in private, per-account storage that only your account can access.
Do you sell my data or run ads?
Never. There's no ad network, no data selling, and no third-party analytics tracking you either.
What if I get a new phone?
Sign in on the new one and everything syncs straight back, your pets, notes, timeline and passport, exactly as you left them.
How do I delete my account?
Head to Settings → Delete account in the app, or use the delete-account page on the web. Deleting your account removes your data for good.
